Buy Stuff :

The primary focus is on LPs, but you will regularly find CD's, & cassettes all in new and used condition. We have a LARGE selection of 12" Singles, and an even larger selection of 45's (the majority of which are $1) at the moment. There are also some Laserdiscs in multiple genres, a small collection of DVDs and Blu-Ray are also in the shop for now. Movies are not a permanent fixture. Once they're gone, they may never return. You'll also find other random items (8-tracks, 78s, storage, accessories) all of which are music (or possibly video) related. If you need some gear to play your new tunes, we can help you with that also.

As of now, putting inventory online is on the to-do list, but it is VERY low on the list. The idea is to keep the record store experience, the fun of "digging" alive. Once upon a time, the local record store was a hangout spot where people went to hear some new tunes, to talk music (and a million other things) with like minded individuals. The record store experience must be preserved, and thats what we're trying to do! There is a special magic to stopping in and browsing. Most people come in looking for a specific album or track, but while flipping through the crates, you never know what you'll find. Perhaps something you never heard of before that seems interesting? Perhaps some track you heard long ago that you forgot about? Its that "holy crap, I LOVE this song and totally forgot about it" moment.

You may find pictures here of new releases, old music new to the shop, and other random items in stock. Special requests are not only ok, but they are encouraged. Nobody can possibly know everything about every artist or have every record ever made in stock. Talk about an impossible task! The world of music is just far too vast. I love when a customer comes in and asks about an artist Ive never before heard and I get a new audio experience.

Sell Stuff :

If you are looking to sell or trade in your items, please check her efirst to see what types of items we are accepting. Dont want you lugging them into the shop for nothing! Please note, the shop is obviously a finite space. Care must be taken when deciding what will and will not be put out on the sales floor. We do not just accept anything and everything and that is regardless of rarity.

Video Games

Any video games found in the shop were purchased as part of a much larger lot of items and are either collectibles or closeouts and are appropriately priced. You wont find these often, and we do not buy them.

Video Formats

The only video media formats being accepted are music videos, and concerts. This includes the Laserdic CD Jukebox series, DVD and BD.
Absolutely NO blockbuster titles (movies) are being accepted on any format.
Absolutely NO other obselete video formats (VHS, VHD, CED, etc) are being accepted.

Audio Formats

Completely obseleted formats such as 8-Track tapes, & 78s, are not accepted. There are occasionally some of both in the shop, but again, purchased as part of a larger lot.

45's are currently not being accepted as we currently have a VERY LARGE number of them, and not enough space. Most of them are currently $1 by the way!

CDs, Cassettes, and LPs are being accepted on a case by case basis.
Please do not call or come in and ask "what would your offer be for..." as you wont get an answer. Offers depend on condition, quantity already on hand, condition, current market value, condition, popularity, condition, rarity, oh and did I mention condition! Until an item has been inspected, no offer can or will be made. Also, please note that once you get here, offers are not negotiable. Once an offer has been made, it is on a take it or leave it basis.

Accessories and Stereo Equipment

Stereo equipment is almost always available in new and used varietes. Since the shop primarily forucses on music, we do not purchase used equipment or accessories regardless of condition.
